Fact :

The Bangabandhu satellite- 1 substitutionally called Bangabandhu 1 is the first Bangladeshi geostationary communications and broadcasting satellite. This Thales Alenia Space manufactured satellite was launched by spaceX falcon 9 on 12 May, 2018. Bangladesh became the 57th country to posses a satellite in space. This project is being monitored through on office situated in Gazipur. It is now located at the 119.1° East longitude geostationary slot.

My thoughts:

I think this satellite refers one of the greatest journey to overland for Bangladesh as a proud part of the world. Bangladesh is now going ahead rushing  and it is the most perfect iconic evidence on this regard. Using the satellite we can enjoy communication relay, weather forecasting, navigation(GPS), broadcasting scientific research including so many elses. It fastens our journey to drill in hand in hand with developed countries in the world.
